We are proud to offer you the ability to buy our De Jonghe Butter by the pound. It is 8.50 per pound and you will get 16-20 servings out of a pound.

Our Famous De Jonghe Butter has been a staple of our company since the 1980's. It is a recipe that only "The Chef" knows. Our most popular dish is our Chicken De Jonghe. It is a boneless breast of chicken with our garlic De Jonghe Butter baked to perfection.

Another very popular dish is our Shrimp De Jonghe. These are cooked Gulf Shrimp covered with our De Jonghe Butter and baked to perfection.

Throuhgout the years we have used De Jonghe on many different items. We encourage you to experiment with your own items. We have used it to make Garlic Bread, Chicken De Jonghe Sandwiches, Shrimp De Jonghe, and even baked on top of Baked Mostaccioli.
