HOURS OF OPERATION
Office Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday. Our kitchen staff is always available to help you before and after office hours.
HOW TO ORDER
Orders can be placed by phone, fax, or online at www.Rcatering.com. All online orders, estimate requests, and menu requests are automatically forwarded via e-mail to a manager. The customer service manager handles all web site activity.

Phone orders should be placed during office hours. For next day service, orders should be placed before 3:00 PM the day before. We ask that when placing orders or changing an existing order, please call as early as possible. Special Events may require more time to plan. In addition, when placing an order by fax, please call to verify that we received your fax. We always try to accommodate last minute or same day orders.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
When cancelling orders, we ask for a minimum 24 hour notice. Unfortunately we cannot accept same day cancellations.
DELIVERIES & PICK UPS
Rosanne's Catering provides a full service delivery department for your convenience. Deliveries are available seven days a week. Our professional delivery staff will deliver, set up and if needed pick up all equipment involved with your order. We schedule deliveries to arrive a half hour prior to your serving time. If you would like it sooner or later, just let us know at the time you place your order. Orders can be delivered with equipment, or in "to-go" tins, ready to serve.
Equipment Pick Up Service: Our drivers will arrive after 1:30pm for lunch orders, unless other arrangements have been made. Equipment for morning orders (including coffee airvoys) should be ready to be picked up by lunch time.
We also offer a CUSTOMER PICK UP SERVICE. Just let us know what time you will be at our office to pick up your order, and we will have it ready for you.
PAYMENT OPTIONS & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Our payment methods include: personal check, Visa, Master Card, AMEX, cash and direct billing for select accounts. Deposits are required for events over $1000. Full payment including the balance will be due prior to, or on the day of the function. For detailed information regarding our direct billing policy, please call our office.
Additional charges include:
1. All orders are subject to 7.25% Sales Tax.
2. Delivery charges will vary, please call for the rate in your area.
3. Special hour deliveries, and Holiday deliveries, may have higher rates. Please call. 630-529-7770
4. Orders are for a minimum of 10 guests under 10 guests may be 1.5 timers the listed price.
