Mike Burzawa - General Manager & President
Known as "Buzz". Mike runs the "operations" side of the business. He oversees the kitchen, and delivery departments. From a sanitation standpoint, Mike rises the bar with our staff daily. Always striving to find better ways to serve safe food. Buzz is also the reason your deliveries are on time. Mike personally oversees that deparment everyday. He brings over 10 years of catering & banquet experience the company. In addition to running the company, Mike has been coaching footaball at Driscoll Catholic High School for over 10 years (Offensive Coordinator & head coach). In 2005 he was named Head Coach. Driscoll Catholic has won an unprecedented 6 Straight Football Championships in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and again in 2007. Mike brings his winning attitude, dedication and desire to Rosanne's Catering everyday! Seven days a week!

Rosanne Burzawa - Special Events Coordinator
Known as "Rosey". At work, It's easier to call her Rosey then mom. Rosanne co-founded the business over 15 years ago. Her knowledge of special events is amazing. Yes, the company was named after her. Also, please note the correct spelling of her name...Rosanne (not Roseanne).

Robert Burzawa - Head Chef
Known as "Uncle Bob". He is the brother to the "Chef". Chef Bob is the heart and soul of our kitchen and preparation staff. You can catch him starting work on most days about 4:30am in the morning, but sometimes he is in as early as 2:00am. He truly rises before the birds!

John P. Burzawa - Executive Chef and Founder
Known simply as the "Chef". Chef John founded this family run catering business. Trained from the European chefs he has developed such recipes as our famous De Johghe Butter, House Dressing, Bistro Potatoes, BBQ Sauce and much more. In fact, all of our recipes have been traced back to the Chef's creativity and talent. Today, the Chef helps with quality assurance in our recipes and you might even see him grilling at your Picnic.

Joe Petro - Kitchen Operations and Food Preperation Specialist
Joe has been part of our family business in one way or another for more then 15 years. His culinary experiences and backround include: Working for resturants, banquest halls and catering. Over the past 15 years Joe's experiences have turned him into extreemly talented culinary professional. Since Joe has been working here full-time, he has raised our kitchen standards to next level. His talent shows up in every platter he prepares for clients.

Dan Paplaczyk - Business Development Director
Dan's Rosanne's Catering experience started in our delivery department and kitchen operations. Several years later he moved to our catering office. Dan has moved up with our company, working in business development and customer service. Most recently, he has become our Business Development Director. Dan is polite, friendly and a delight to work with.

Ann Ford - Rosanne's Representative
Annie does it all. Customer service, taking orders, entering in accounts receivable and more. One great thing about Ann is, at the end of the day all of the work is completed. For over 9 years we have enjoyed working with her. Chances are that when you call us, her voice will be the one on the other end of the line.

Shawn Nykaza - Senior Deliver Dapartment Specialist
With over 10 years full and part time with Rosanne's Catering, Shawn has been a huge contribitor to our success. You will not find a more polite person to work with. Shawn is a great help in the following areas: Kitchen operations, delivery, computer schedules. Shawn makes sure your event is great everytime he works with you.
